There is a 30-day return policy for capital equipment such as Red Light Therapy Panels, Electromagnetic and Shockwave Machines, Lasers and Massage Beds, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if the item does not work as expected as a result of manufacturer error only.
This is the only accepted condition for returns of equipment . All equipment is covered by a 1 year warranty.
