What Is Your Shipping Policy?

Valenluma offers FREE worldwide shipping on all orders. There is no minimum purchase required.

For international deliveries, we ship using trusted carriers and logistics partners including FedEx, UPS, DHL, and international shipping consolidators to ensure reliable service.

Important Shipping Responsibility Notice

  1. Valenluma is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers.
  2. If a customer enters an incorrect or incomplete shipping address that results in a failed delivery, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping fees if they wish to receive the item again.
  3. If re-shipment is not requested, a refund will be issued for the product cost only (shipping costs are non-refundable where applicable).
