Shipping Policy

 

Valenluma's shipping policy is very simple. You should expect your order to arrive in 2-6 business days of the purchase when using Standard shipping options (domestic). For international shipments with standard shipping, allow as many as 20 business days. You can also upgrade your shipping using Express services as you deem necessary. All Express shipments have an order deadline of 2pm CST in order to be shipped that same day.  For International orders, we ship via an international shipping consolidator, as well as FedEX, UPS and DHL.  Our website automatically calculates the exact shipping charges that we have to pay and bills you accordingly. **Valenluma will not be held accountable for shipping-related delays that are the fault of the carrier. Also, if the customer inputs an incorrect or invalid shipping address that results in the package being undeliverable, the customer is responsible for all costs associated with re-shipping the item should they want the item re-shipped. Otherwise, we will offer a refund for the cost of the item. If you have any questions feel free to contact us.

 

International shipments are subject to duties/taxes upon delivery.  Valenluma does not cover customs fees.

 

Returns and Exchanges

Valenluma’s return policy is very simple - if you are for whatever reason unsatisfied with your purchase, you have 60 days to exchange or return the product to us in "like new" condition with all of the included parts and accessories and in the original packaging.  We pay for all outbound shipping on all exchanges - you just need to cover costs to ship the product back to us.  Please include a note inside the package indicating whether you are looking for a return or an exchange on the item(s).

 

For returns, you will only be refunded the cost of the product(s) purchased excluding original shipping fees.

 

How to Return/Exchange

If you would like to return or exchange a product, please send the product(s) back to us at the below address indicating your order number and which product you are returning/exchanging. Then, please let us know why you are making the return, or give us instructions as to which product you would like in its place. Upon receipt of your item(s) we will either reimburse the cost of the product(s) or ship you a new item(s). For returns, we will credit the cost of the product(s) back to the same payment method that was used for the transaction.
